Mahnaz Kademlou, Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O), spearheads the implementation of Construct360 Appworks’ strategic initiatives into daily operations, enhancing productivity and efficiency while providing comprehensive support to operational teams. Mahnaz earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and has five years of experience in business ownership, managing a communications and electronics establishment. Roghieh Heidari, Manager of Business Development, is instrumental in developing Construct 360 Appworks’ strategies for market expansion, diversification, and penetration. She leverages her extensive background, which includes over 25 years in television broadcasting coordination and script supervision, 9 years in real estate and contract management, and roles as a daycare teacher and social worker for the hearing impaired. Roghieh’s multifaceted career has honed her skills in identifying market trends and business opportunities, positioning her as a key driver of the company’s growth and market leadership.

Chief Architect
Zahra Tarverdi, Chief Architect, shapes Construct360 Appworks’ architectural direction and strategy, ensuring that the project management software aligns with the company’s objectives and delivers high-quality project outcomes. Zahra holds an Associate Degree in Architecture and brings over 20 years of experience as an Architecture Technician, along with a diverse background in the medical aesthetics industry, including roles in office management, skincare consultancy, and phi artistry.
