There are many Italian coastal towns overlooking the Italian seas and endowed with port facility. To obtain the diploma you will need to QSO with a certain number of these towns/ports. The diploma is issued to both OM/SWL provided the required number of contacts is fulfilled as specified hereinafter.

QSO/HRD validity 1.1.1985. QSL cards are not needed, just send a list of stations worked/heard as shown in the example below.
